Acceptance of Terms

By using Colonial Beach Auto's services, scheduling appointments, or visiting our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Services Provided

Colonial Beach Auto provides:

• • Automotive collision repair and restoration
• • Auto body and paint services
• • Vehicle maintenance and repair
• • Diagnostic services
• • Wheel alignment and suspension services
• • Insurance claim assistance

Service Estimates and Pricing

• • Estimates are provided free of charge for collision and repair work
• • Final costs may vary based on actual conditions discovered during repair
• • Additional work requires customer approval before proceeding
• • Prices are subject to change without notice
• • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made

Vehicle Storage and Liability

• • We maintain comprehensive insurance for vehicles in our care
• • Vehicles left for more than 30 days may incur storage fees
• • Personal items should be removed from vehicles before service
• • We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
• • Customers must retrieve vehicles within 10 days of service completion

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

• • 12 months or 12,000 miles on collision repair work
• • 6 months on paint and refinishing work
• • 90 days on general maintenance and repair services
• • Parts warranties as provided by manufacturers
• • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear

Insurance Claims

• • We work with all major insurance companies
• • Customers are responsible for deductibles and any amounts not covered by insurance
• • Insurance claim approval is between customer and insurance company
• • We assist with claims but cannot guarantee insurance coverage

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• • Provide accurate information about vehicle history and damage
• • Remove personal items from vehicles before service
• • Arrange for timely pickup of completed vehicles
• • Pay for services according to agreed terms
• • Follow safety guidelines while on our premises

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of use, or any damages exceeding the amount paid for services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be handled in the courts of Westmoreland County, Virginia.

Cancellation Policy

• • Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty
• • Work already begun cannot be cancelled without payment for completed work
• • Special orders and parts may not be returnable

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and any applicable federal laws.
